Return Policy

We gladly accept unworn, unwashed items with the tags still attached within 30 days of their ship date. Once your return has been scanned in or dropped off and confirmed, we will either process your refund to your original payment method, initiate your exchange, or issue your store credit as requested.

PLEASE NOTE ALL SALES ITEMS ARE FINAL and will not be eligible for refund or exchanges.

Make sure to only use our return labels so we can make sure to track your stuff. We are unable to refund lost returns using labels other than our own.

You will be charged a processing fee for returns.

Please note that we cannot process exchanges for other styles at this time. We recommend submitting a return for a refund so you can place a new order for what you want!

Returning an Order

1. Head over to our Returns & Exchanges page here.

2. Fill out the Order Number and Postal Code fields.

3. Select the item(s) you’d like to return and specify the return reason(s).

4. Select your refund preference.

5. Print out the label provided in your return confirmation email and send back your item(s) within 30 days.*

Shipping Information

We offer free shipping on orders over $150 USD.

For all other orders, shipping and taxes will be calculated upon checkout.
